AB Geveko acquires two Polish roadmarking companies

The Swedish investment company AB Geveko said on Wednesday (11 July) that it has acquired the Polish roadmarking companies Technom and GIK, which hold a market share of about 20% in Poland.
Geveko said that the acquisition gives it a position on the market as one of the largest players within roadmarking contracting services.
The turnover of Technom and GIK amounted to approximately SEK46m in 2006. The companies will be consolidated as from July 2007 and are expected to contribute positively to Geveko's results in 2007.
Technom and GIK will be integrated in the Geveko subsidiary Cleanosol, the company said.
AB Geveko is an investment company focused on industrial operations and management of securities. The company is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.54 Swedish kronor (SEK).
