Swedish clothing retail and distribution group RnB Retail and Brands AB (RNB) said on Tuesday (6 March) that it has decided to close its office in Molnlycke and relocate operations to Stockholm, where the operations will be combined with RNB's business JC.
The reorganisation will affect 135 employees in Molnlycke and will result in non-recurring expenses of approximately SEK25m.
The combination of operations in Stockholm is expected to reduce costs by at least SEK120m per year.
RNB Retail and Brands, headquartered in Stockholm in Sweden, operates 439 proprietary and franchise stores in Sweden and abroad. RNB Retail and Brands is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.74 Swedish kronor (SEK).
