Swedish-Dutch digital agency group LBI International AB announced on Friday (11 May) that it has agreed to acquire US company Creative Digital Group LLC (CDG).

The purchase consideration is based on future earnings.

Creative Digital Group, based in Atlanta, is an interactive digital agency specialising in strategic development of online advertising and media campaigns. The company has 35 employees and an annual turnover of approximately USD10m.

"The acquisition of CDG is a key addition to our service offering in the US and in Europe. We will be better positioned to extend our full service offering to existing US and European based clients," commented Robert Pickering, CEO of LBI International.

LBI International, headquartered in Stockholm in Sweden and Amsterdam in the Netherlands, is a leading international full service and fully integrated digital agency network servicing clients with marketing and technology solutions. The group has 1,400 employees worldwide. LBI is listed on the Euronext in Amsterdam and on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.99 US dollars (USD).
