Swedish consulting group AB Angpanneforeningen (AF Group) said on Friday (11 May) that its Engineering division has agreed to acquire the Swedish consulting company Cordinor for an undisclosed sum.
Cordinor, active in Lulea and Kiruna in northern Sweden, is a technical consulting company offering engineering services for the mining industry. The company has a staff of 15 employees and 10 sub-consultants.
AF Group, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden is a technical consulting services group offering services and solutions for industrial processes, infrastructure projects and the development of products and IT systems. The group has some 3,500 employees and operations in 15 countries. AF Group is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
