Swedish clothing retail and distribution group RnB Retail and Brands AB (RnB) said on Monday (21 May) that it has agreed to acquire the clothes retailer Nordisk Damkonfektion AB.
Nordisk Damkonfektion operates a 600 square metre retail business at the NK department store in Stockholm, Sweden, and the takeover enables RnB to expand its own operations at NK.
The purchase consideration amounts to SEK12m.
RnB Retail and Brands, headquartered in Stockholm in Sweden, operates 450 proprietary and franchise stores in Sweden and abroad. RNB Retail and Brands is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.40 Swedish kronor (SEK).
