Norwegian real-time search solutions provider Fast Search & Transfer ASA (FAST) said on Wednesday (21 November) that it has signed a search platform agreement with the US information and business solutions provider LexisNexis.
The agreement, which expands existing cooperation between the companies, covers the deployment of the enterprise search platform FAST ESP.
"The FAST agreement with LexisNexis is based on software license and maintenance fees," FAST said.
Fast Search & Transfer, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is a global provider of real-time data search solutions with offices on six continents. The company has some 60 engineers and annual revenues of USD162m. Fast Search & Transfer is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and traded under the ticker FAST.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 2.05 US dollars (USD).
