Swedish oil and gas exploration and production company Lundin Petroleum AB said on Monday (29 October) that it has acquired a 34% licence share in Block E offshore Cambodia.
The 5,559-square kilometre Block E is located in the Pattani Basin.
The operator for the block is Medco International Petroleum Ltd with a 41.25% share.
Lundin Petroleum, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, is an independent oil and gas E&P company with assets in Europe, Africa, Russia and the Far East. The company is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
