Swedish investment company Investment AB Latour announced on Tuesday (30 October) that it has increased its holding in the Swedish technology group Nederman Holding AB from 13.2% to 23.2% of the share capital and votes.
Latour acquired an additional 1.54m shares for a total of 2.71m shares.
Investment AB Latour, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, invests in industrial and trading operations. The company owns substantial holdings in Assa Abloy, Elanders, Fagerhult, Munters, Securitas, Securitas Direct, Securitas Systems, SWECO and OEM International. Investment AB Latour is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
