Swedish high-tech group Sectra AB said on Friday (28 September) that it has signed a five-year contract to provide diagnostic imaging systems (PACS) and services to the US healthcare organisation ProMedia Health Systems.
The value of the contract was not disclosed.
ProMedia Health Systems owns or operates nine hospitals in Ohio and Michigan.
Sectra, headquartered in Linkoping, Sweden, develops and sells medical systems and secure communication systems. The company has operations in eleven countries, and reported sales of SEK673m in the financial year 2006/2007. Sectra is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.20 Swedish kronor (SEK).
