The Swedish-controlled, Luxembourg-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and debt collection services provider Transcom WorldWide SA said on Monday (3 September) that it has acquired 100% of IS Inkasso Service Group, the largest debt collection agency in Austria.
The total cash consideration was valued at EUR39m, the company added.
IS Inkasso is headquartered in Linz, Austria. The currently employs 130 people. IS Inkasso reported revenues of around EUR17m in fiscal year 2006.
Transcom WorldWide SA is a customer relationship management (CRM) solutions provider with 55 service centres employing more than 13,100 people, delivering services to 28 countries. The company is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.48 euros (EUR).
