Norwegian real-time search solutions developer Fast Search & Transfer ASA (FAST) announced on Tuesday (1 April) that it has signed search platform agreements with Associated Press, Boehringer Ingelheim International and Global Financial Services Company.

The new agreements cover the deployment of FAST's enterprise search platform FAST ESP.

No details were disclosed, but FAST said that the agreements are based on fees for software licences, and maintenance and professional services.

FAST, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is a leading data search solutions developer with some 750 employees and annual sales of USD162m. The company is currently in the process of being acquired by Microsoft. FAST is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and traded under the ticker FAST.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 2.00 US dollars (USD).
