Ericsson's shares delisted from London Stock Exchange

Swedish telecomms solutions provider Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) said on Tuesday (15 April) that its series of B shares has been delisted from the London Stock Exchange (LSE), effective of today, after a decision from the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
Following the delisting, all trading in the Ericsson series B shares is concentrated to OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm and Nasdaq, the company said.
Ericsson, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, provides technology and services to telecomms operators all over the world. The group has over 70,000 employees in 175 countries and reported revenues of SEK189bn in 2007. Ericsson is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm, the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 11.73 Swedish kronor (SEK).
