Norwegian real-time search solutions developer Fast Search & Transfer ASA (FAST) said on Wednesday (2 April) that it has received a search platform contract from the US-based global electronics supplier Arrow Electronics.
The contract covers the deployment of the enterprise search platform FAST ESP.
The value of the contract was not disclosed, but FAST said that it is based on fees for software licences and maintenance and professional services.
FAST, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is a leading data search solutions developer with some 750 employees and annual sales of USD162m. The company is currently in the process of being acquired by Microsoft. FAST is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and traded under the ticker FAST.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 2.00 US dollars (USD).
