Cargotec Corporation wins orders for 276 handling cranes

Finnish cargo-handling solutions provider Cargotec Corporation (OMX Helsinki:CGCBV) said on Friday (4 April) that its MacGREGOR business area has received significant bulk handling crane orders.
The company said that altogether 276 cranes will be delivered during 2009-2011. The value of the orders is more than EUR90m.
The cranes will be manufactured in China and Korea by MacGREGOR partner plants, the company said.
Cargotec Corporation provides cargo handling solutions which are used in local transportation, terminals, ports, distribution centres and ships. Cargotec's sales are EUR3.0bn and the company employs over 11,000 people.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.26 euros (EUR).
