Swedish construction group Peab AB said on Monday (4 February) that its Norwegian unit has landed a NOK368m construction contract in Oslo, Norway.
The contract, awarded by Entra Eiendom AS, covers the building of an office and shop building in central Oslo.
The "Oslo Z" project comprises a seven-floor building with an underground car park.
The project is scheduled for completion at the turn of the year 2009/2010.
Peab, headquartered in Forslov, Sweden, is a construction and civil engineering group in the Nordic region. The company has some 12,000 employees in Sweden, Finland and Norway, and an annual turnover of over SEK30bn. Peab is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 10.73 Norwegian kroner (NOK). One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 12.66 Swedish kronor (SEK).
