Dutch-Swedish full service digital agency network LBI International AB (LBi) said on Wednesday (6 February) that it has agreed to acquire the Belgian website measurement and web analytics agency OX2.
OX2 based in Brussels, Belgium, has 14 employees and achieved revenues of EUR1.1m in 2007.
The purchase price will be based on an earn-out arrangement.
LBi, headquartered in Stockholm in Sweden and in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, is an international digital agency network providing marketing and technology solutions. The group has 1,500 employees worldwide. LBi is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm, and on Euronext in Amsterdam.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.34 euros (EUR).
