Swedish telecomms solutions provider Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) said on Thursday (7 February) that it has signed a managed services contract with the Danish operator TDC A/S.

Under the seven-year agreement, Ericsson will be responsible for the management, operation, network design and performance management of TDC's mobile network, including field operations.

No financial information was provided.

TDC A/S is headquartered in Copenhagen in Denmark. In addition to being an operator in Denmark, TDC is also reportedly the second-largest telecomms provider in Switzerland. TDC is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Copenhagen.
