Swedish property company Kungsleden AB said on Thursday (24 January) that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a portfolio of 13 public properties from the city of Vasteras in Sweden.
The acquisition price amounts to SEK1,050m.
The portfolio comprises nine retirement homes and sheltered housing properties and four properties used by Malardalen University.
Kungsleden, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, manages a portfolio of some 600 properties of a total value of SEK25.9bn. The company is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 12.60 Swedish kronor (SEK).
