Swedish industrial group Trelleborg AB said on Wednesday (19 March) that its business area Trelleborg Engineered Systems has agreed to acquire the US company MacDermid Offset Printing Blankets from MacDermid Inc.

The purchase consideration amounts to SEK400m, and will be paid in cash.
