Swedish digital image processing solutions developer Digital Vision AB said on Wednesday (5 March) that it has received a software and system order from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in the US.

The order covers Digital Vision's Phoenix restoration software and Film Master digital colour grading system.

The products will be used at NARA's Film Preservation Laboratory in Washington DC.

The financial value of the order was not disclosed.

Digital Vision, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, provides systems and solutions for image restoration, enhancement, colour correction and data conforming systems. In addition to operations in Sweden, Digital Vision also has wholly-owned subsidiaries in Los Angeles in the US and in London in the UK. Digital Vision is listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
