Swedish property company Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB (OMX Stockholm:WIHL) said on Tuesday (6 May) that it has agreed to sell a property in Malmo, Sweden to Thales AB.

The 8,000-square metre property is a former laboratory.

The sales price of SEK65m exceeds the acquisition value by SEK18m.

Wihlborgs Fastigheter, headquartered in Malmo, Sweden, focuses on commercial properties in the Oresund region in Sweden/Denmark. The company's current portfolio is valued at some SEK13.4bn.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 11.97 Swedish kronor (SEK).
