Swedish defence and aerospace group Saab AB (OMX Stockholm:SAAB B) said on Monday (27 October) that it has received a EUR10.5m radar spare parts order from the French air force.
The order covers depot and deployment spares, as well as other support equipment, for the French air force's ground-based multi-mission surveillance system, Giraffe AMB.
The deliveries will take place between six and 15 months from now, Saab said.
Saab, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, is a global high-tech group providing products, services and solutions from military defence to civil security. The group has 13,700 employees worldwide and annual sales of SEK23bn.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.24 euros (EUR). One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 12.38 Swedish kronor (SEK).
