Norwegian shipping company Wilson ASA (OSE:WILS) said on Wednesday (24 September) that it has agreed to acquire the 1997-built container vessel Doris from Arno Shipping Ltd.
The purchase price is approximately EUR7.27m.
The Doris is a sister vessel to the ECL Challenger, which Wilson acquired in 2006.
Wilson, headquartered in Dreggen, Norway, operates dry bulk vessels in the European short sea trade. The company's fleet comprises 110 vessels, of which 78 are owned by the company.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.26 euros (EUR).
