Swedish industrial supplier B&B TOOLS AB (OMX Stockholm:BBTO B) said on Friday (26 September) that it has acquired the Norwegian industrial reseller Fag-Verktoy AS.

Fag-Verktoy, based in Grimstad, Norway, supplies tools, machinery, hoses, hydraulics and other consumables to the industrial and construction sectors in southern Norway. The company has seven employees and annual sales of approximately SEK10m.

B&B TOOLS, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, provides consumables, components and related services to the industrial and construction sectors in northern Europe. The group has 3,300 employees and annual revenues of SEK10bn.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 12.20 Swedish kronor (SEK).
