Swedish maintenance services company EuroMaint declared on Tuesday that its subsidiary EuroMaint Industry has signed an agreement to acquire EISAB Energi och Industriservice AB in Vanersborg for an enterprise value of SEK24.5m.
Ratos (Stockholm:RATO-B), a Swedish private equity company that owns 100% of EuroMaint, will be investing a corresponding amount of equity in connection with the agreement.
EISAB performs installations, repairs, service and maintenance of waste combustion facilities and combined heat and power plants and its main market is Sweden. The company reported sales of approximately SEK129m in 2008/2009, with EBITA of SEK7m.
