RAdm. James I. Maslowslu, above left, Naval Aviation's Gray Eagle since March 2000, passed the title to VAdm. Arthur K. Cebrowski during a ceremony at the Naval War College in Newport, R.I., on 20 December 2000. The Venerable Order of the Gray Eagle is held by the Naval Aviator who has been on active duty the longest.
