The HS-11 Dragonslayers saved a Sailor who fell overboard from Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) on 20 November 2001. When the alarm sounded in the middle of a routine crew exchange and refueling of a squadron SH-60F Seahawk, the flight deck crew rapidly completed the refueling and assisted the crew change.
