Cadets on parade

U.S. AIR FORCE ACADEMY, Colo. -- Nearly 1,300 cadets from Class 2008 completed a 7.8 mile march from the Air Force Academy to a tent city in Jack's Valley recently to begin the field portion of basic cadet training. This portion includes living in a tent city, running assault and obstacle confidence courses, learning first aid and completing a leadership reaction course.
