Air Force Manpower Agency, Randolph AFB, Texas: Provides Air Force cadets at all organizational levels the tools to identity essential manpower required for the effective and efficient accomplishment of the Air Force mission. The agency, through its four major divisions and five subordinate manpower requirement squadrons, also determines manpower requirements, develops manpower programming factors, manages Air Force performance management programs, executes the A r Force competitive sourcing program, conducts special studies, performs civilian classification oversight and centralized operational classification and creates and maintains standard position descriptions. The agency a so provides combatant commanders with military essential requirements to support warfighting scenarios and supports the manpower functional community. www.afma.af.mil
