An A-10 Thunderbolt II. F-86 Sabre. P-38 Lightning and P-51 Mustang fly in formation during an air show at Langley Air Force Base, Va., in May. The formation displayed four generations of Air Force aircraft, part of the Air Force Heritage Flight program that showcases today's state-of-the art fighters alongside World War II and Korean War vintage fighters.
