Storekeeper 1st Class (Surface Warfare) Joss Zolina was recently selected Fleet and Industrial Supply Centers, as FISC San Diego's Sailor of the Year for 2003. As the head of the fleet liaison team for the Logistics Support Center, he and eight other Sailors conduct briefs with Navy Region Southwest (NRSW) for visiting ships in San Diego, which included visiting foreign vessels.

He also planned and organized the 5th Annual FISC Supply Expo, subsequently acclaimed as the most successful supply exposition to date, consisting of over 80 vendors with the latest product and logistics technology.
