This month we looked at the Navy's role in NATO and what we were doing to open communication with other countries. We also found out all about MARS, the Military Affiliate Radio System, a network of radio operators charged with providing emergency communications on a local, national and international basis.

We also documented Sailors at NAS Whidbey Island helping flood victims in their area recover.
