Mission possible. . - Short Stuff - television program review
Girls' Life, August-Sept, 2002
If you haven't yet caught Kim Possible, well, you're definitely not with the program. The new animated show was Disney Channel's most-watched premiere ever--2.5 million viewers (mostly girls) tuned in to the first episode. And no wonder because Kim is butt-kicking cool! She's a normal cheerleading, boy-crazy, shopaholic teen, who's also a secret agent out to save the world from evil villains (some with bad breath).
It all started with a simple ad on her Web page: "Can do anything!" Kim had pet sitting and lawn mowing in mind, but suddenly she was inundated by e-mails from across the planet with pleas for help. So, even though fighting bad guys and weird weather patterns--all while trying to get to class on time--might sound like super-serious business, it's still loads of fun. In Kim's own words, it's "so not the drama!" Catch the adventure Fridays at 6:30 p.m.
