FICTION. Dogs dine on rotten trash and, um, lick their privates, Not to mention, they're hardly adept with a toothbrush and floss. While your pooch has less-than-stellar oral hygiene its extremely unlikely a loving lick will make you sick. Humans have hearty immune systems so we're just not susceptible to the bacteria in those big slobberinq yaps.

Fido might never have minty fresh breath, but close encounters of the canine kind won t harm you.
