Jack Gatto, CPA, was recently voted into the Manteca Hall of Fame. Gatto, a Manteca native and owner of Jack E. Gatto and Associates, has donated his weekends for the last 30 years to be a football referee for NCAA Divisions I and II. He now serves the NFL as a video official.
