The CalCPA Committee on Nomination and Leadership Development is accepting nominations and biographies until Dec. 1 for 2004-05 officers and directors at large.
Officer positions include chair, first vice chair, treasurer and four vice chairs. There are also four director-at-large positions.

Letters of intent must be received by 5 p.m. Dec. 1.
The AICPA has final selection authority.
