OSHA recently provided an e-tool for the millions of people who work on computers all day.

While there is no "right" answer when it comes to workstation posture, some basic design goals should be considered when setting up a workstation, OSHA says.

The e-tool illustrates simple and inexpensive principles that will help you create a safe and comfortable computer workstation.
