telcobuy.com announced it has formed a partnership with Kansas City-based BizSpace to help local phone companies utilize the Internet to build and expand their networks. St. Louis-based telcobuy, a business-to-business supplier of telecommunications equipment, has reached an agreement with BizSpace Inc., an on-line publisher for the telecom industry. The agreement calls for the businesses to jointly promote tclcobuy's comprehensive, vendor-neutral, on-line business-to-business marketplace to competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs), the local phone companies that compete with Regional Bell Operating Companies.

The partnership will provide telcobuy with direct access to the large group of telecom executives who regularly log-on to CLEC.com, the Web site BizSpace has published since 1996 to meet the information and community needs of the CLEC industry. This agreement with BizSpace is an integral part of telcobuy's aggressive penetration into the rapidly-expanding CLEC market.
