New Commerce Communications Closes Canadian ISP Sale - Galaxy OnLine buys Glen-Net Communications - Brief Article

New Commerce Communications (NCC) announced that Glen-Net Communications, an Alexandria, Ontario-based ISP, has been sold to Galaxy OnLine Inc. NCC initiated the sale and represented Glen-Net in the transaction. In September it was also announced that NCC represented Toronto-based WorldChat in the sale of their ISP

Tom Millitzer, president of NCC, said, "We worked closely with the owner of Glen-Net and exceeded his original financial expectations in the transaction."

NCC is one of the most active merger and acquisition specialists in the ISP arena. NCC's goal is to present ISPs to qualified buyers and elicit offers in a tight timeframe to achieve the best price for the seller.
