First True Internet Yellow Pages Get a Voice - information web sites form an alliance - Brief Article
ISP Business, August, 2000
InformationPages.com announced a strategic alliance with iPhoneLine.com to bring the convenience of toll-free Internet-based calling to the first true Internet Yellow Pages.
The agreement will provide yet another selling feature for publishers using the InformationPages.com Internet Yellow Pages platform to pass on to their advertiser. Yellow Pages users with a multimedia-enabled computer will be able to click on the phone button at the advertiser's listing and be instantly connected to the advertiser by phone. The system allows the customer to remain on-line while contacting the advertiser directly.
