Staruni Corp. Offers DSL Service - digital subscriber line telecommunication service - Brief Article

Staruni announced that its Cyberhotline ISP is now offering DSL service in the Southern California area. The offering includes business grade DSL, as well as DSL directed to consumers. The company expects to expand this DSL service nationally by the end of 2000. Staruni Corp. is a Southern California-based ISP, which recently increased its service area to include most of the US, Japan, and Canada.

The company will offer free Internet access and DSL service to customers of its iBargain.com Internet storefront through Cyberhotline. This free access will be conditional on minimum purchases and differentiated from other free services in that there will be no permanent ad banners or intrusive marketing surveys, as well as minimum busy signals and disconnects.

iBargain.com, an Internet storefront, provides business-to-consumer, as well as business-to-business commerce.
