Payment Services Interactive Gateway Corp. (PSiGate), a Canadian-based provider of financial services for Internet merchants, and Mobilessence, a provider of custom wireless solutions for enterprises and content providers across North America, announced a strategic partnership to provide "one-stop" m-commerce solutions to North American merchants.

The alliance will unlock the revenue potential of the wireless Internet by driving and facilitating m-commerce transactions from strategy and promotion through to fulfillment. Mobilessence and PSiGate will offer a complete wireless solution to define strategy, promote goods, guide consumers, drive action, and facilitate transaction and payment.

The partnership will equip Mobilessence clients with easy and secure "click-to-buy", functionality by providing anytime, anywhere access to PSiGate's online payment gateway for real-time credit card processing. In turn, PSiGate clients will be able to leverage Mobilessence's expertise and service suite to build and deploy m-commerce solutions.
