ECI Telecom Ltd.'s fully-owned subsidiary, InnoWave ECI Wireless Systems Ltd., has been chosen by Telmex Mexico to deliver MultiGain Wireless (MGW) local loop solutions. Under the contract, valued at US$11 million, InnoWave's MultiGain Wireless Systems will be deployed by ECI Mexico and will provide wireless telecommunications services in Mexico.
The agreement was signed after Telmex had successfully tested InnoWave's MultiGain Wireless systems.

InnoWave's MultiGain Wireless solution supports a wide range of frequency bands ranging from 800 MHz to 3.8 GHz. The frequency-hopping CDMA technology used in the MultiGain Wireless system is designed to meet the specific requirements of radio in the local loop.
