First Longevity and Preventive Medicine Symposium sets precedents

Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients, May, 2002 by Sunny Willmington

MedQuest Pharmacy invited a small number of exhibitors, who were available to discuss preventive medicines during the breaks and lunch hours. MedQuest had its own booth, providing product information on its preventive medicines and also providing blood tests (the results were used during one of the lectures). Western Research Laboratories was also present to discuss its natural thyroid medications Westhroid (as discussed by Dr. Rouzier) and Nature-Throid, and its extensive line of preventive medicines. Among other companies present were Jan Marini Skin Research, California Health Span Institute, and Juice Plus.

In summary, the first Longevity and Preventive Medicine Symposium was a great success - lectures were educational, brimming with scientific research, and presented by an informative and charismatic faculty.
