And speaking of Mark Zoeller…

RMA Journal, The, April, 2004 by Michelle F. Lureen, Tina B. Carter, Ada Fritz, Ron Pecoraro

Dear Editor:

I just finished reading Mark Zoeller's article, "What a Character" (February 2004). What a hoot! I've been a commercial lender for just over three years, but I'll bet every banker has heard at least a few of the comments in his article. I really enjoyed this!

Dear Editor:

Just a note to say that I loved Mark Zoeller's article in the February RMA Journal. We bankers deserve a good chuckle every once in a while.

--Tina B. Carter, Industrial Bank, N.A., Washington, D.C.

Dear Editor:

Mark Zoeller's article, "What a Character," took me back down memory lane and made me smile. I had almost forgotten how much fun it was to be in a lending capacity.

--Ada Fritz, Bank One, Chicago, Illinois

Dear Editor:

Mark Zoeller's "list of 37" is a classic. In my 30-plus years of lending experience, I thought I had heard them all from lenders, but he has uncovered a host of even more creative comments. I'll have some fun sharing these with our lenders at the next credit meeting. Thanks!
