* An estimated 200 black newspapers nationwide enjoy a combined weekly circulation of 15 million. Still, they have never been linked by one news service--until now. The National Newspaper Publishers Association, a Washington, D.C.-based organization of 200 African American papers, recently formed the NNPA News Service, or "the black Associated Press," according to Benjamin T.
