Franklin Templeton offers new wrap program

Franklin Templeton Investments Corp. has launched the Quotential Program. The program features four new investment portfolios -- Balanced Income, Balanced Growth, Growth, and Maximum Growth -- comprised of mutual funds from across the Franklin Templeton fund families.

The investment portfolios are diversified across investment styles, asset classes, geographical regions and markets and track performance prices, dates and statements as one entity with one price while addressing the different levels of risk tolerance.

So far, this wrap program is unique in that it has a tax-efficient withdrawal plan. The program is available at a minimum investment of $25,000 per portfolio.
