CIBC and American Express form alliance

The Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce will become the first bank in Canada to offer the American Express Card.
Three new cards will be offered under the entourage name:
* CIBC entourage American Express Card (will have an embedded smart chip);
* CIBC entourage Platinum American Express Card; and
* CIBC entourage Business American Express Card.
CIBC will be responsible for all account maintenance, including customer billings and authorizations
