Mackenzie buys Cundill - Peter - & Associates

Mutual fund dealer, Mackenzie Financial Corp. has purchased Peter Cundill & Associates. MacKenzie will add Cundill's mutual funds to its own. Cundill will, however, stay on as a subadviser for the next 10 years. Mackenzie aims to to improve its international investing by using Cundill's contrarian style.
