Albert J. Glennon
After 19 years as superintendent of the West York, Pa., district, Al Glennon has assumed the executive director's post of the Riverview Intermediate Unit 6 in Shippenville, Pa., which serves 17 districts. Glennon earlier was superintendent of the York County Area Vocational-Technical School.
Joan L. Hochschild
The Wilmette, Ill., Public Schools have a new superintendent in Joan Hochschild. She spent the past five years as superintendent in Grayslake, Ill. Hochschild's earlier experience includes four years as assistant superintendent in Batavia, Ill., and four years as an elementary school principal in Buffalo Grove, Ill.
Bette Lang
Bette Lang has returned to the Beloit, Wis., district as superintendent, three years after leaving to assume the superintendent, in DeForest, Wis. Lang has served as director of curriculum, a middle school and high school principal and a teacher for 12 years. She also was a board member of Lake Shore Technical College.
Terry L. Mancini
Following an eight-year stint as superintendent in the Brandywine Heights district in Topton, Pa., Terry Mancini has moved into the top berth of the Upper Merion district in King of Prussia, Pa. Mancini earlier was an assistant superintendent in Lancaster, Pa. He also was the district's coordinator for supervision and evaluation.
Anita L. Suazo
The Moreno Valley, Calif., Unified Schools have elevated Anita Suazo from the deputy superintendent position, which she held for two years, to the superintendency. She earlier served for five years as superintendent in Garvey Elementary School District in Rosemead, Calif. Suazo was an assistant superintendent in South Whittier, Calif.
T. C. Wallace Jr.
The Mount Clemens, Mich., district has a new superintendent in T.C. Wallace, previously superintendent in Roosevelt, N.Y. He also was superintendent in Jackson, Miss., and Saginaw, Mich., and director of human resources in Richmond, Va. Wallace also held central-office posts in Benton Harbor, Mich., and Fort Worth, Texas.
